与科技发展的互构——以我国

摘要
科技名人档案是对科学家科研活动记录的合目的控制，其中凝结着科学家的学术成长、治学主张、思维模式、科研实践与心路历程。科技名人档案与科技发展相互映证，“同构共生”。科技名人档案伴随科技探索历程，体现工具理性，汇聚科技知识，蕴藏创新智慧；科技发展依赖于科技名人档案的系统积累和深度开发。本文以“老科学家学术成长资料档案库”建设为例，讨论科技名人档案与科技发展之间的“互构”关系及其实现。
